PRAYER : Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the 1st respondent in their letter No.L1/25895/2006, dated 15.10.2007 relating to return of the petitioner's application for approval of sub-division of lands in S.Nos.643/2A, 2B1, 2B2, 2B3, 2C and 3A of Sholinganallur Village and to quash the same and to direct the 1st respondent to consider and accord approval of Sub-Division of the lands in the above survey numbers on the petitioner's application, represented on 22.10.2007 without insisting on production of No Objection Certificate from the 2nd respondent in accordance with law expeditiously.
