This petition has been filed to enlarge the petitioner on bail in Crime No. 355 of 2024 pending on the file of the respondent police.
2. The case of the prosecution is that the respondent police found the accused persons along with the possession of 1.300 kilograms of Ganja. Hence, the case.
3. Heard both sides.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. He prays to allow this petition.
5. The learned Government Advocate(Crl. side) submits that the petitioner is having 8 previous cases. Hence, he prays to dismiss this petition.
6. Considering the gravity of the offence and also the petitioner is
