O R D E R

Petitioner has come up with this Writ Petition seeking a direction to the 2nd Respondent to consider his representation dated 28.06.2019.

2. According to the Petitioner, a Rental Agreement was made between him and the 3rd Respondent herein on 24.09.2017 for the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

vacant land situated in Survey No.111, 101/1A, 101/3 at Plot No.552, Mangadu Village and he constructed a superstructure house in the said land, and is continuously paying rent to the 3rd Respondent. The Petitioner made an Application for new electricity connection on 28.06.2019 to the 2nd Respondent herein. As his Application has not been considered till date, he has come up with the present Writ Petition.

3. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the material documents available on record.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and without going into the merits of the case, this Court directs the 2nd Respondent herein to consider the Petitioner's representation dated 28.06.2019 on merits and in accordance with law after giving an opportunity of hearing to the Petitioner including the 3rd Respondent herein, and pass appropriate orders within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
