2. To grant an extension of time of to deposit 50 percentage of C.P.No.1888/2011 claim amount of Rs.2,44,119/-. [IN W.M.P.No.23659 of 2021] Respectively.

Order : This Miscellaneous petitions coming on this day for hearing upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.CHIDAMBARAM, Advocate for the petitioner in both the petitions, the court made the following order:- W.M.P.No.23641 of 2021 has been filed to grant an extension of time to deposit 50% of claim amount of Rs.74,179.68.

2. W.M.P.No.23659 of 2021 has been filed to grant an extension of time to deposit 50% of claim amount of Rs.2,44,119/-.

3. Heard Mr.M.Chidambaram, learned counsel for the petitioner.

4. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of the petitions, these petitions are ordered as prayed for.

5. Accordingly, four weeks time is granted from today, to deposit 50% of the claim amount of Rs.74,179.68 and Rs.2,44,119/-, respectively.
