This writ petition has filed to challenge the proceedings of the 4th respondent dated 03.07.2023, refusing to grant police protection to the petitioner for conducting the Special meeting of the Church from 09.07.2023 to 12.07.2023.

Heard Mr.M.Ramamoorthi, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.A.Damodaran, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondents.

In the considered view of this Court, there is a private dispute between the parties. The same has to worked out only before the competent civil court. The police will have no role to play in a case of this nature and the 4th respondent police as rightly rejected the application filed seeking for police protection. This Court does not find any ground to interfere with the same and in the result, this writ petition stands dismissed.
