(i) C.M.P.No.13080 of 2022 is filed to set aside the abatement caused by the death of the sole respondent in the above second appeal. (ii) C.M.P.No.13079 of 2022 is filed to bring on record the respondents 1 to 3 herein as the legal representatives of the deceased sole respondent in the abvoe second appeal and rank them as respondents 2 to 4 in the above second appeal.
2. Heard both sides.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents has no objection to allow these petitions.
4. On being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petitions and in view of no objection expressed by the learned counsel for the respondents, these petitions are ordered as prayed for. msr 28.04.2025 Note:
