Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records related to 3rd respondent's communication dated 09.07.2019 addressed to the 2nd respondent and quash the same and to direct the respondents to allow the special committee members to discharge function till the new bar council is constituted as per the provisions of the Advocates Act.

O R D E R

(Order of the Court was delivered by N.KIRUBAKARAN, J ) The Writ Petition has been filed to challenge the order passed by the learned Advocate General dated 09.07.2019, constituting the Ad-hoc Administrative Committee till the regular committees are constituted by the newly elected Bar Council members.

2.Since the newly elected Bar Council Members have already constituted different committees in the Bar Council, the impugned order has become infructuous and the order passed by the learned Advocate General has been acted upon. Therefore, nothing survives in this Writ Petition.

3.Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed.

Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. No costs.
