Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, pleased to issue a writ of certiorarified mandamus or any other appropriate writ or order or direction in the nature of a writ calling for the records of the 4th respondent, the Cooperative Appellate Tribunal, (Principal District Court) Vellore, relating to the order dated 31.01.2013 passed in C.T.A.No.20 of 2010, confirming the award dated 16.06.2009 passed by the 2nd respondent, Arbitrator in ARC No.2058/08-09 and to quash the same and consequently direct the

respondents 1 to 3 to give benefit of waiving the loan as per the circular No.20/2008-2009-C1 dated 02.06.2008 issued by the District Central Co-operative Bank Ltd., Vellore. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has made an endorsement seeking permission to withdraw the Writ Petition.

2. The compliance of order dated 13.06.2013 made in this writ petition, the petitioner claims to have deposited a sum of Rs.20,000/- to the credit of C.T.A.No.20 of 2010 before the 4th respondent. If any such amount has been deposited the petitioner shall have the liberty to withdraw the same.

3. Recording the statement, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are also closed.
