The petitioner, citing inconvenience to attend the proceedings before the Family Court, Chengalpattu, considering her residence at Vyasarpadi, Chennai and also in view of the fact that, she has to take care of her two minor children, aged about 8 & 6 years, seeks transfer of the proceedings from the file of the Family Court, Chengalpattu to the file of the Family Court at Chennai.
