This petition is filed by the petitioner / appellant / Transport Corporation seeking to condone the delay of 1905 days in paying deficit court fees of Rs.2,560/- in the above Appeal.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Having regard to the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition and being satisfied with the same, the delay is condoned subject to the condition that the petitioner / appellant / Transport Corporation pays a sum of Rs.2,000/- to the "Tamil Nadu Legal Services Authority, Chennai" on or before 25.10.2019 from today, failing which, this petition will stand dismissed automatically without further reference to this Court and this petition is ordered accordingly.
