This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.5442 of 2023 dated 21.03.2023 that the petitioner shall stay at Cuddalore and report before the Cuddalore Town Police Station daily at 10.30.a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that investigation in this case is completed and the final report has been filed before the concerned Magistrate.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail.
