This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner Crl.O.P.No.7156 of 2023 on 05.04.2023 to report before the respondent police daily morning at 10.30 a.m. and evening at 05.30 p.m. for the period of three months and he shall also appear before the trial court for every hearing without fail.

2. When the matter is taken up, there was no representation for the petitioner.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner observed the conditions for 87 days.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the trial court on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., and also on all hearing dates without fail, until further orders.
