O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to act on the representation made by the petitioner on 12.09.2020, wherein, the petitioner has sought for transfer of patta in his favour with respect to the subject property.

2. Mr.Aruldoss, learned Govt. Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the 2nd respondent has fixed the date for enquiry on 18.12.2020 at 11 a.m. The learned counsel submitted that the petitioner can be present at the time of enquiry along with all the relevant documents.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also of the fact that the 2nd respondent has already called the petitioner for enquiry, there shall be a direction to the 2nd respondent to conduct the enquiry and pass final orders strictly in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. This Writ Petition is disposed fo with the above directions. No costs.
