This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the fifth respondent to act upon the complaint dated 14.06.2023 and enquire the matter and take necessary action.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the complaint was taken on file by the Commissioner of Police and a current paper is pending and that the matter has now been forwarded for enquiry before the fifth respondent.

3. In view of the above, there shall be a direction to the fifth respondent to enquire into the complaint and take a decision on the same as expeditiously as possible.
