This petition is filed to enlarge the petitioners on bail in Cr.No.227 of 2023 pending investigation on the file of the respondent Police. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that petitioners are falsely implicated in Cr.No.227 of 2023 registered for the offences under Section 302 and 120 B I.P.C. First petitioner surrendered before Village Administrative Officer, Hosur, on 16.05.2023. Based on his confession statement, other accused had been implicated in this case. Petitioners are innocents and they are in judicial custody from 16.05.2023. Thus, he prays for bail.

3.In response, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that first petitioner's son Mohan Babu was murdered on 01.01.2022 by defacto-complainant's son Tilak. Deceased was murdered by the accused in conspiracy with each other. A3 is friend of A1. A4 and A5 were hired by other accused for murdering the deceased. In pursuance of the conspiracy, on 12.05.2023, all the accused had murdered the defacto1/4

complainant's son Tilak at 11.00 a.m. when the deceased was taking tea at Venkateshwara tea shop near Osur Ring road. Investigation in this case is pending.

4.Considering the nature of the offence alleged against the petitioners and the investigation in this case is in half way, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.

5.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. 13.07.2023 ep 2/4
