This Writ Petition has been filed to issue a writ of certiorarified mandamus, calling for the records relating to the order of the second respondent made in C.No.R2/860/2019 dated 28.10.2020 (Disqualification Slip) issued to the Petitioner (Enrollment No.6610311) and quash the same and further directing the first respondent to consider the claim of the petitioner for appointment for the post of Sub Inspector of Police (Taluk AR and TSP)for the year 2019.

2. Without expressing any opinion on the merits, this writ petition is disposed by directing the first respondent to consider the representation dated 29.10.2020 of the petitioner within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected WMP is closed.
