This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 117 days in representing the papers in the above matter.

2.Finding that due to health reasons, the Petitioner was unable to communicate with his counsel and there was a delay in re-presenting the case, and it is a statutory Appeal, this Court ordered the present Petition for condoning the delay in re-presentation, as prayed for.
