This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in para 8(b) in Crl.O.P.No.8869 of 2025, dated 25.03.2025 that the petitioner shall report before the Inspector of police, Uthangarai Police station, Krishnagiri twice a week ie., every Monday and Thursday at 10:30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in para 8(b) in Crl.O.P.No.8869 of 2025, dated 25.03.2025 that the petitioner shall report before the Inspector of police, Uthangarai Police station, Krishnagiri twice a week ie., every Monday and Thursday at 10:30 a.m., until further orders is relaxed.
