2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner has not complied with the condition imposed by this Court even for a single day.
3. Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate, this Court is not inclined to modify the bail condition. Hence, the petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is permitted to surrender and execute the sureties before 25.07.2025.
