Letter No.3021/E3A/PaThu1/Thu Aa Po Ka/2020 dated 29.09.2020 passed by the third respondent and quash the same as contrary to law, mala fide, arbitrary, colourable exercise of power, unconstitutional, illegal and violative of rules of sanding orders and the principles of natural justice and consequently direct the respondents to allow the petitioner to report to work at the third respondent's office itself without any loss of pay.
