These petitions are filed to implead the applicant company viz., Growel Technology and Development Services LLP, No.7/11, 4th Floor, Sarathy Street, T.Nagar, Chennai - 600 017 as proposed party respondent in the above appeals, respectively.

2.The learned counsel for the respondents did not raise any serious objection and this Court is satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions. Hence, these petitions are allowed.

3.The Registry is directed to carryout necessary amendments in the Second Appeal Nos.543, 544 & 545 of 1994 and list the matter for final hearing after four weeks.
