C.M.P.Nos.16051 & 16055 of 2021 in S.A.Nos.541 & 542 of 2011 & C.M.P.Nos.16053 & 16057 of 2021 and M.P.Nos.1 & 1 of 2011 R.PONGIAPPAN, J., Today, when these C.M.P.Nos.16051 and 16055 of 2021 are taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents, are appeared before this Court through Video Conferencing.

The learned counsel for the respondents would submit that the respondents in these petitions, are not having any objection in allowing these petitions.

3. Hence, in view of the above, both these petitions, are allowed. The dismissal order dated 15.09.2021 passed in S.A.Nos.541 and 542 of 2011, is set aside and suit is restored on file.

4. Registry is directed to list these Second Appeals on 16.12.2021 for further proceedings.
