This application has been filed to extend the Mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal for a period of 12 months.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent would submit that he has no objection in extending the Mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal, however, he requests this Court to extend the Mandate for any shorter period.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application, this Court is inclined to extend the Mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal for a period of 10 months.

4. Accordingly, this application is allowed and the Mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal is extended for a period of 10 months from the date of receipt of copy of this order by the Arbitral Tribunal.
