2. There are batch of appeals filed against the common judgment delivered by the learned Single Judge in batch of writ petitions. In some of the appeals, the delay has already been condoned. One of the appeal was filed within the limitation. These

are the remaining appeals where applications for condonation of delay are filed.

3. We have heard learned respective counsel appearing for the respondents.

4. As the other appeals are already pending against the common judgment and for the reasons recorded in the applications, the delay caused in filing the appeals is condoned.

5. The applications are allowed and disposed of.

6. Place the appeals, after numbering, on 11.07.2023 along with W.A.No.374 of 2023.
