2. Captioned WMP has been filed with a prayer to dispense with production of original of a 'notice dated 05.06.2024 bearing reference Na.Ka.No.A2/3176/2022' {hereinafter 'impugned notice' for the sake of brevity}.
3. Mr.S.Vijayakumar, learned counsel on record for writ petitioner is before this Court.
4. Adverting to paragraph No.7 of the support affidavit, learned counsel for writ petitioner submits that only copy of impugned notice has been served on the petitioner by the Village Administrative Officer of Kanchipuram Village. Learned counsel drew the attention of this Court to the paragraph No.7 of the support affidavit, which reads as follows: https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis Page Nos.1/2

The fourth respondent never served the impugned notice either in person or by post and only the photostat copy of the impugned notice served by the Village Administrative Officer of Kandacheepuram Village, if the production of the original impugned notice is not yet dispensed I would be put to irreparable loss and hardship.'
5. Owing to the facts and circumstances of the case on hand and nature of the matter on hand, the above reason is accepted for the limited purpose of dispense with prayer in captioned WMP without expressing any other opinion in this order.
