O R D E R

The petitioner, alleging non-compliance of the order passed by this Court dated 23.06.2021 in W.P.No.13168 of 2021, has filed the present contempt petition.

2. According to the petitioner, the order dated 23.06.2021 has been passed at the time of admission, wherein on that day the learned Government Advocate, had taken notice and appeared for the respondent. According to the petitioner, the aforesaid order passed by this Court has not been complied by considering the petitioner's representation dated 20.03.2021. Hence, the present contempt petition has been filed.

3. The respondent has filed a compliance report and affidavit stating that the said order was received by the respondent only on 25.10.2021, but final award passed on 07.07.2021. Therefore, the respondent has no knowledge about the passing of the order on 23.06.2021.

4. On perusal of the records, it was found that no communication was sent to the respondent about the order passed by this Court dated 23.06.2021 and it is also admitted by the petitioner that no communication was sent by him to the respondent about the order passed by this Court. The learned Special Government Pleader has tendered unconditional apology and prays to discharge the respondent from the contempt proceedings.

5. Accepting the contention of the learned Special Government Pleader that the respondent/Contemnor has no knowledge about passing of the order dated 23.06.2021 in W.P.No.13168 of 2021, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
