PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India to direct the District Munsif at Ambattur to dispose of RCOP.No. 8 of 2019 at an early date as may be fixed by this Court.

JUDGMENT

(The case has been heard through video conference) This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to direct the District Munsif, Ambattur, to dispose of RCOP.No. 8 of 2019, as expeditiously as possible.

2.The petitioner in R.C.O.P.No.8 of 2019 is the revision petitioner herein.

3.Heard Mr.Adithya Varadharajan, learned counsel for the petitioner.

4.The revision petitioner has filed the above said R.C.O.P.No.8 of 2019, before the District Munsif, Ambattur, for eviction on the ground of willful default and owners occupation. The inter alia for eviction, the suit summons were filed and the respondent has entered appearance and the matter is pending for filing counter from the year June, 2019 without any progress.

5.Considering the narrow scope of the prayer, this Court directs the District Munsif cum Rent Controller, Ambattur to expedite RCOP.No.08 of 2019 and to dispose of the same in accordance with law within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6.With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of.
