2. On instructions, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the Deputy Superintendent of Police registered the FIR in Crime No.13 of 2024 under the Tamil Nadu Protection of Interest of Depositors (in Financial Establishments) Act and the same is pending for investigation.
