Respondents Prayer: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the 1st respondent to complete the enquiry in respect of the verification of the genuineness of the Community Certificate of the petitioner issued by the 2nd respondent dated 15.6.2009 as per the Enquiry Letter issued by the 1st respondent in Letter No.6720/CV-III/2012-1 dated 29.11.2012. 2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties.

3. In respect of issuance of community certificate treating the petitioner as Kurumans (ST community), an application was filed before the Revenue Divisional Officer, and thereby the community certificate was issued by the second respondent and now it appears that the certificate issued by the second respondent is subjected to verification by the first respondent viz., the State Level Scrutiny Committee.

4. Therefore, it is for the first respondent-authority to conclude the enquiry and pass necessary orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
