and V.SIVAGNANAM, J This petition is filed to condone the delay of 264 days in preferring an appeal as against the Final Award dated 05.04.2019 passed in MCOP No.790 of 2018 by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Special District Court, Salem.

2.Mr.M.Guruprasad, learned counsel appearing for the respondents has no serious objection in allowing this petition.

3.Accordingly, this petition is allowed and the delay is condoned.
