2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that investigation in Crime No.427 of 2015 has been completed and final report in STC.No.379 of 2015 was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VII, Coimbatore on 29.07.2015, and the accused were also convicted and sentenced on 12.12.2015. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
