ORDER

This writ petition has been filed praying to issue a direction

to the respondent to register a First Information Report based on the complaint 28.04.2026.

According to the petitioner, he lodged a criminal complaint before the respondent on the allegation of forgery, fabrication and unlawful alteration of a trust deed. However, no action has been taken so far.

Now, it is the submission of the respondent that the complaint has been forwarded to the Inspector of Police, Tiruvallur Taluk Police Station, Tiruvallur and it is pending. 4.

Considering the above submission, the Inspector of Police, Tiruvallur Taluk Police Station, Tiruvallur is directed to conduct enquiry on the complaint of the petitioner dated 28.04.2026, after issuance of notice to the petitioner & counter parties, if any, and giving them opportunity of personal hearing, and to pass appropriate orders on the said complaint within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
