The petitioner who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 17.06.2023 for the offences punishable under Sections 379 and 411 IPC in Crime No.178 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case in Crime No.178 of 2023 registered for the offences under Sections 379 and 411 IPC. He is in judicial custody from 17.06.2023. Thus, he prays for grant of bail.
3. In response, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) opposed this petition on the ground that the petitioner/A1 had stolen a two wheeler bearing Registration No.TN-45-AF-8088, which was parked inside Anna Park on 09.06.2023. He has four previous cases against him. Property has been recovered as scrap from the 2nd accused.

5. Considered the nature of offence and the fact that the petitioner has got 4 previous cases against him out of which, 2 cases are ended in conviction, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
