O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioner.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3.It is the grievance of the petitioner that the 2nd respondent Police had called up her husband from the mobile phone of one Nizar, who is under judicial custody, in connection with some other case and enquired whether the said Nizar had given 25 sovereigns of gold to the petitioner's husband. According to the petitioner, her husband is doing gold business of identifying the carat of gold and he does not know any person by name Nizar. In this regard, the petitioner lodged a complaint dated 27.05.2018 with the 1st respondent Police and also filed this petition.

4.If the respondent, wants to enquire the petitioner's husband, they can follow the due process of law by issuing necessary notice to the petitioner's husband for his appearance. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is closed.
