C.M.P.No.23165 of 2022 in C.M.A.SR.No.82289 of 2022 N.MALA, J., This petition is filed to condone the delay of 33 days in preferring the above appeal against the award dated 21.02.2022 made in M.C.O.P.No.4875 of 2016 on the file of the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, III Small Causes Court, Chennai.

2. I have gone through the affidavit filed in support of this petition and I am satisfied with the reasons stated therein and therefore, the delay of 33 days is condoned and this petition is accordingly ordered.

3.Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order and list the CMA for admission along with connected C.M.A.No.675 of 2021, on 03.07.2023.
