It is also noted that by order dated 08.11.2023, this Court had already extended the mandate for a period of six (6) months from the date of receipt of the said order and the same had expired on 07.05.2024.

2. The present application had been taken out by the applicant herein to seek extension of mandate for a further period of four (4) months.

3. The learned counsel for the respondent has no objection to extend the mandate.

4. However, considering the stage on which the arbitral proceedings are at, this Court is inclined to extend the mandate for a further period of six (6) months from today. The learned Arbitrator is requested to complete the proceedings and pass an Award within the said period of six (6) months and the respective parties are also directed to co-operate with the learned Arbitrator.
