ORDER

This Petition has been filed to relax one of the conditions stipulated in the Order in Crl.MP.No.8456 of 2026 in Crl.A.No.625 of 2026 dated 07.05.2026. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) confirms that the Petitioner/Appellant has been complied with the conditions stipulated in the aforesaid order.

3. Considering the same, the stipulation in Paragraph No.7(iii) imposed on the Petitioner/Appellant in Crl.MP.No.8456 of 2026 in Crl.A.No.625 of 2026 dated 07.05.2026 that " the petitioner shall appear before the learned Sessions Judge (Special Court for SC/ST Prevention of Atrocities Act), Tiruvannamalai, on all working days at 10.30a.m., until further orders", is modified to the effect that " the Petitioner/Appellant shall appear before the trial Court on every first working day of every English Calender month at 10.30 a.m., till pending disposal of the appeal. The other conditions imposed earlier shall remain intact.
