ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 20.07.2019 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 8(c) r/w 20(b)(ii)(c), 25 and 29(1) of NDPS Act, in Crime No.31 of 2019, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that on the date of occurrence the petitioner was in possession of 110 kgs of Ganja. Hence, the complaint.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the petitioner was in possession of 110 kgs of Ganja. Hence he vehemently opposed for grant of bail to the petitioner.

5.Considering the fact that the petitioner was in possession of 110 kgs of Ganja, which is of commercial quantity, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
