Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to pass orders for granting promotion to the petitioner to the post of Cold Chain Officer (CCO) State level single post in operation of the panel for the year 2022-2023 as per the proceedings of 2nd respondent in R.No.6694/ E6/ S1/ 2021-1 dated 23.02.20233 in consideration of representation submitted by the petitioner dated 04.09.2023 and 25.05.2024.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction directing the respondents to grant promotion to the petitioner to the post of Cold Chain Officer (CCO) State Level single post in operation of the panel for the year 2022-2023 as the proceedings of the second respondent dated 23.02.2022.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. It is seen that the petitioner submitted a representation seeking promotion to the post of Cold Chain Officer on the ground that the petitioner's name has already been included in the panel for promotion to the post of Cold Chain Officer..

4. Therefore, the respondents are directed to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 04.09.2023 and 25.05.2024

and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
