ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the 2nd respondent to include 50% of the service rendered by the petitioner, attendant as casual labour from 17.07.1986 to 16.05.2006 to be reckoned as qualifying service along with the regular service rendered by the petitioner from 17.05.2006 to 30.06.2019 for Page No.2 of 4

pensionary benefits in the light of the orders passed by this Court in W.P.No.12656 of 2013 dated 18.06.2014 for sanctioning of pension.

2. On 31.10.2023, when the matter was taken up, there was no representation for the petitioner. Therefore, the matter is ordered to be listed today under the caption "for dismissal". Even today when the matter is taken up, there is no representation for the petitioner. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed for default.
