However, the Learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner may be at liberty to challenge the order of withdrawal of the suit and it is pertinent to note that the petitioner is always at liberty to challenge the order passed by the Court below. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as Infructuous. No costs.
