O R D E R

While disposing of this Civil Revision Petition on 24.07.2019, this Court directed the learned District Munsif, Sankari, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.187 of 2008 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of the said order.

2. This Court has received a communication from the learned District Munsif, Sankari, seeking extension of time to comply with the order dated 24.07.2019 passed in the above Civil Revision Petition. The learned Judge has expressed certain genuine difficulties for not complying with the orders of this Court within time.

3. Therefore, time is extended by three months from today to comply with the order dated 24.07.2019 passed by this Court in the above Civil Revision Petition.
