R.Vasuki And 3 Others v. Nil
Application No.4086 of 2022 in O.P.No.40992 of 2022 C.V.KARTHIKEYAN,J.
The application has been filed to consider the Court fees already paid on 04.07.2022 of Rs.25,000/- instead of remitting it by way of RBI Challan and the said Court fee of Rs.25,000/- to be considered as Succession duty.
2. In the affidavit filed, it had been stated that inadvertently, Court fee of Rs.25,000/- has been purchased by the petitioner for succession certificate instead of paying it to the RBI.
3.In view of the reason that it is still tendering of Court fees, petition stands allowed.
4.Registry may treat the Court fees purchased as Succession Duty required and number the succession petition, if it is otherwise in order. sms 15.09.2022 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
