This Writ Petition has been filed for issue of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 30.07.2020, wherein, the petitioner has sought for patta in his name.

2. Mr. Arul Dass learned Govt. Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondent submitted that the respondent has already fixed the date for enquiry on 23.12.2020 at 3 p.m. The learned counsel submitted that the petitioner can be present at the time of enquiry along with all the relevant documents.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also of the fact that the respondent has already called the parties for enquiry, there shall be a direction to the respondent to complete the enquiry and pass final orders strictly in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
