ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner to relax the condition imposed by this Court in para 6(b) of the bail order in Crl.OP.No.2681 of 2026 dated 05.02.2026.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the condition imposed by this Court in para 6(b) in Crl.OP.No.2681 of 2026 vide order dated 05.02.2026 is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the trial Court as and when required.
