The petitioner seeks transfer of O.S No.159 of 2018, pending on the file of the Sub Court, Kancheepuram to the VIII Assistant City Civil Court, Chennai to be tried along with O.S.No.2996 of 2018. Both the suits are for recovery of money and the parties are the same.

2. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the cause of action for both the suits is also the same. 3.The learned counsel for the respondent would submit that he has no objection for transfer of the suit pending at Kancheepuram to the City Civil Court to be tried along with O.S.No.2996 of 2018.

4.In view of the statement made by the learned counsel https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

for the respondent, O.S.No.159 of 2018 is withdrawn from the file of Sub Court, Kancheepuram and transferred to VIII Assistant City Civil Court, Chennai to be tried along with O.S.No.2996 of 2018 and disposed of in accordance with law. The Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
