Crl.M.P.No.9757 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.11780 of 2023 SATHI KUMAR SUKUMARA KURUP, J.

This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in the para 7(b) by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.11780 of 2023 order dated 24.05.2023.

2.This Court by an order dated 07.08.2023 directed the Respondent Police to file a status report.

3.As per the status report of the Investigation Officer in this case, the Petitioner/A2 is found to be undergoing treatment as stated by the Petitioner/A2 in Crl.M.P.9757 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.11780 of 2023. Already three months had lapsed after filing the FIR. Hence, the Investigation Officer is directed to complete the investigation and file a final report before the Court concerned.

4.This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
