2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the applicant and the learned counsel for the respondents has no objection in allowing this application and also perused the materials available on record.

3.Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application, this application is ordered and three months time is granted for executing the security bond by the petitioner.
