ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for direction directing the second respondent to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 06.02.2024.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. The petitioner had retired from service on 30.06.2012 from the post of Record Clerk. After a period of 12 years, now, the petitioner made a representation seeking selection grade in the post of Record Clerk from 05.08.2004, as per G.O.Ms.No.210 P & AR(M) dated 11.03.1987.

4. In fact, earlier representation submitted by the petitioner was already rejected by an order dated 09.10.2023. Therefore, the petitioner is not entitled for any benefits as sought for in the representation.

5. In view of the above, the direction sought for in this writ petition

cannot be considered and the writ petition is devoid of merits and is liable to be dismissed.
