Minor Adhiraah Guru v. Gigin Alias Karpagavalli

O.P.No.879 of 2016 K.KALYANASUNDARAM, J., This application has been filed for the permanent custody of the minor child Ms.Aadhiraah Guru and to appoint the petitioner as the legal guardian of the minor child.

2. Heard Mr.S.Silambanan, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.S.Venkatesan, learned counsel for the respondent.

3. It is submitted by the learned counsel that the dispute between between the parties, has been amicably settled and they have filed a joint memo of compromise.

4. In view of the above submissions, the Original Petition is disposed of in terms of memo of compromise. The Memo of Compromise shall form part of the decree. Consequently, the connected application is closed. 10.04.2017
